In Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, then click Run the troubleshooter. Click Troubleshoot, then click Additional troubleshooters. If you’re on Windows 10, you can also try the Windows Troubleshooter and see if it can resolve your Bluetooth issues. The connection issue should be resolved, but if not, don’t worry, you can try the next fix below. Wait a few seconds and then reconnect your Bluetooth headphones. Under Bluetooth & other devices, select your Bluetooth headphones and click Remove device.
